No. The annual price covers the plugin license for one website. You bring your own AI provider API key and pay that provider separately for usage. Configure token caps and rate limits in WordPress to manage consumption.
Published WordPress pages, posts, supported public post types and WooCommerce products, plus business facts you enter yourself. Automatic syncing can keep indexed content current. PDF uploads and external URL importing are not included.
You can customize the assistant name, welcome message, colors, placement and branding. Use the floating widget, a Gutenberg block or a shortcode to place the chatbot where it helps.
The plugin can send a handover alert and transcript to your team by email or Slack. Your team follows up separately; there is no live agent reply interface inside the plugin.
