PRODUCT DATA GUIDE

Understand where
your data goes.

A practical overview of the plugin’s data flow and the controls available to website owners.

Your WordPress installation

The plugin stores indexed content, conversations and captured leads in your WordPress database. It offers retention settings, a consent gate and WordPress personal data export and erasure integration. IP addresses are hashed.

Your chosen AI provider

The plugin sends relevant content and conversation context to the AI provider you configure. Provider requests go directly from your WordPress server. Your provider’s own policies and account settings apply.

Optional integrations

When enabled, email, webhook, Zoho CRM and Supabase integrations receive lead information. Human handover alerts can send conversation context to email or Slack. Configure only the destinations you want to use.

Licensing, updates and activation telemetry

The plugin contacts its configured licensing and update service for license validation and update checks. On activation and deactivation, it sends the site URL and plugin, WordPress and PHP versions to that service. The activation ping does not include site content, visitor data, settings or API keys.

This website’s demo

The interactive demo uses scripted replies in your browser. It does not call an AI provider or submit your messages to a server. Demo messages are not persisted and disappear on refresh. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the associated network request. Hosting services also receive normal web requests.

Questions about data

Read the setup guide for configuration steps. This page describes product behavior; website owners should explain their own configured data collection to visitors.
