Do I need to write code?

No code is required for the floating widget. Install the ZIP, activate a license, connect a provider and configure the content. Shortcodes and developer hooks are available when you want different placement or custom behavior.

Does the plugin include an AI subscription?

No. The annual license and your provider account are separate. You supply your own API key and pay the provider for usage. Start with the OpenRouter setup guide if you want that connection.

What can the chatbot learn from?

Published WordPress content, supported public post types, WooCommerce products and manually entered business facts. PDF uploads and external URL imports are not included in the supplied implementation.

Can it respond in different languages?

The assistant is instructed to reply in the visitor’s language. Results depend on the chosen AI model and your content. Test the languages your visitors use rather than assuming equal quality in every language.

Can it track orders or book an appointment?

It can answer from indexed product information and share your booking URL. It does not include authenticated order lookup, live inventory tools, calendar availability or appointment creation.

Can my staff reply inside the chatbot?

There is no live agent reply interface. Human handover sends an alert and context so your team can follow up separately.

Are all leads stored in WordPress?

Local lead storage is configurable under Integrations. If you disable it, leads exist only in the external destinations you configured successfully. Verify delivery before changing this setting.

Can I use the plugin on multiple websites?

Each license activates one website. The current price is ₹3,999 per website per year. Provider usage is additional.

Do you offer refunds?

No voluntary refunds are offered. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. Review the refund policy and requirements before purchasing.
