1. Install it in WordPress
Upload the plugin ZIP and activate a license for your website. You manage setup from the AI Chatbot menu in WordPress, without a separate hosted chatbot dashboard.
2. Connect your AI provider
Add your provider key and a model available to your account. WordPress sends provider requests server-side. The plugin price covers the license; your own provider account pays for model usage.
3. Index your published content
Select useful pages, posts or products. The plugin splits the content into passages and stores them in its knowledge index. Add business facts for information not already explained on your website.
4. Answer with relevant context
When a visitor asks a question, the plugin retrieves relevant passages using database keyword matching and builds a request for your selected model. The model generates a reply, which appears in the widget. It is not a guarantee of factual accuracy; review important questions during setup.
5. Capture interest and follow up
Configured lead fields collect useful details. Notifications and integrations route them to your chosen destinations. Human handover alerts give your team context for separate follow-up.
6. Improve with real questions
Review stored conversations and knowledge gaps. Update unclear information, re-index when needed and test again. Use usage controls and retention settings as part of ongoing maintenance.
